The Tolt Service Group (TSG) is in the business of managing the data services of
our customers. This includes the on-site capability to repair, deploy or affect
changes to an installed equipment population within multiple locations. TSG was
formed in 2002 by the key executives who had started and operated the largest
private retail maintenance and service organization in the US. Our company was born
out of and modeled after the specific needs and expectations of the retail industry
to reduce costs and improve service at the store level, but we have customers in
other industries that support technology in multiple locations including offices,
branches, warehouses, etc.
TSG offers nationwide, managed services that include on-site
maintenance and repair services for all technology devices operated within the
four walls of the retail store, warehouse, and office locations. In addition to
on-site repair, other core competencies include board level depot repair services,
and rapid technology deployments.
Our goal is to become more than a service partner to our customers, a strategic
"in-source" to drive competitive advantage. In the end, the bottom line is cost
reduction and service improvement. We were able to save our customers significant
dollars, while improving the level of service (equipment uptime) their facilities
received from their previous models and vendors.
