Stuart Rhea, Chairman and Co-Founder

Stuart Rhea has over 26 years of experience in managing the deployment and maintenance of customer facing technologies in a variety of environments. Identifying the need for quality, efficient onsite support, he helped found Tolt in 2002. Stu continues to help grow the business and set strategy.

 

Prior to Tolt, Stu was the VP of Technology for Safeway Stores, responsible for IT architecture and operations, where he developed the in-sourced managed services capability used at Tolt today. Stu was a project manager for IBM Global Business Services before joining Safeway.

Mark Slaven, CEO

With a strong financial background from multiple industries, Mark Slaven joined Tolt in 2008 to lead the company’s growth and expansion into new verticals and technologies. Mark joined Tolt from Cross Match Technologies, a leading developer of biometric products and solutions, where he was the CFO. Prior to Cross Match, he was the CFO of Spectrasite Corporation, a publicly traded wireless cell tower operator and the CFO of 3Com, a leading provider of networking solutions. Mark held a number of senior management positions at Lexmark and IBM before joining 3Com.

Tim Gallegos, Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for Tolt’s service delivery, Tim Gallegos joined Tolt in 2002 to develop the company’s operations and IT infrastructure. He oversees the company’s national headquarters and field engineering support staff, the logistics operation and information technology. Prior to joining Tolt, Tim spent 13 years at Safeway in a variety of management capacities including retail IT, field service and technology deployment.

Keith Butler, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

With a proven record of success leading complex solution sales teams, establishing competitive differentiation and delivering optimum results, Keith Butler spearheads Tolt’s sales team. Keith joined Tolt in 2009 after having held a number of senior positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, and Unisys. He has led large national and international sales teams and managed full P&L general management responsibility for a large scale service support business.

Mark Schratz, Co-founder and Vice President, Strategic Sales

As one of Tolt’s founding partners in 2002, Mark Schratz leads the company’s strategic sales efforts to specific accounts and industries. Mark was previously Symbol Technologies’ Vice President, Western Area, responsible for all channels of sales, professional services, and field maintenance in the region. Prior to Symbol, Mark held various sales management positions at NCR and Fujitsu.

Mark DiGregorio, Vice President, Business Development

Mark DiGregorio heads the company’s business development and account management services, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing existing customer growth initiatives. Mark joined Tolt in 2004 from Target Stores. Prior to joining Target, Mark served in a variety of management positions for Toys R Us and Safeway, where he spent 12 years , serving as a District Manager in the Portland and Chicago divisions. Mark is an active member of the Service Industry Association (SIA) and CompTIA.

Cindy Payne, Chief Financial Officer

Cindy joined Tolt in February 2009. She is a CPA and has 20 plus years experience in financial management. Prior to coming to Tolt, she was Director of FP&A for the Soft Trim Division of International Automotive Components, a Tier I supplier to the automotive industry. Prior to working at IAC, she held the position of Controller at NewBold Corporation, a company that offers both manufactured products and technology services to retail and healthcare markets.
